I had a great time today talking with Angela and George at the Middletown Historical Society in the Academy Building on Broad Street.
In one of those "I wish I had my camera!" moments...I was upstairs talking with Angela and a gentleman who was visiting with his family from Seattle entered the room. I immediately saw the very strong resemblance he had to the portrait of another man that was hanging on the wall. There was more than 100 years separating this man from his ancestral doppelganger. It was fabulous!!!
I look forward to working with both Angela and George on this documentary project.
P.S. If you have a chance, check out the current “Middletown Goes to War” exhibit at the Museum.
